Copo Cafe & Diner
Saturday, August 24, 2013 | Posted by CalvinTCQ ♣ | 0 footsteps ♠

It was a warm & sunny day.
And a warm sunny day would be the perfect weather to go to Copo Cafe & Diner!

The service was great.
We came in a group of 8 and they did their very best to accommodate us.

Copo Cafe is made of two floors.
I do recommend you to go upstairs!
It's an open air / shaded area.
So you get will a little bit of that sunshine and breeze :D (if there is any).

Most of us ordered different things.
They serve a lot of dishes that has interesting concepts.

Baked Eggs w/ fried potato, chorizo, chimchurri & toast ($17.90)

House Smoked Trout Baked Eggs w/ creme fraiche, herbs & toast ($17.90)

My dish was disappointing :(
The entire dish was overcooked.
I had like two whole solid pieces of egg yolks,
& the ocean trout just way too dry and hard.
Maybe I was just unlucky?

However, the concept is definitely there.
If it was done properly, it would have tasted amazing!

The overall experience was not too bad.
Dining on a rooftop with great weather was actually quite enjoyable :)
