spent some time looking at reviews for camera's

to make my decision about which camera to get

mostly looked at nex 5N and E-P3

and here's what i scooped up!

Sony Nex 5N

pros

- has panorama feature

- modern design

(still,the huge lens overpowers the body :/ -1)

- modern user interface

- video quality is slightly better

- tilt screen

- 920K dots LCD screen > E-P3's 610K dots

- 16.1MGP > E-P3's 12.3MGP

cons

- picture quality is not as sharp compared to E-P3 (with kit lens)

- no built in flash (sadly)

- currently only 3 E-mount lens available (all which sucks)

- video recording has clicking noise (a big no-no)

- not enough short-cut buttons

Olympus E-P3

pros

- built in flash

- can mount all/most lens (some of which are AMAZING!)

- faster(st) shutter speed < 0.05s (BLAZING fast.)

- touch to snap function (super cool feature)

- sharpness is amaaaaaaaaaazing (which i love >=D)

- a TON of shortcut buttons (which is a win!)

cons

nothing significant.

no major flaw as far as i'm concerned :D

so far, EP-3 wins

i'm SOO getting E-P3 :D

the quality is just so amazing!
and the features are just makes using a camera super convenient
and super fun to use.

i was considering buying nex-5N at first
cause it looks cool
but i completely changed my mind after i discovered E-P3 :)
