i nearly forgot how awesome my camera is

and i haven't really had a the chance to use my camera in sydney yet

so,

here's some SELF PORTRAITS of myself :D (i'm not camwhoring okay!)

my room is in a crappy position

the sun shines directly into my window from afternoon-evening

so it's like super bright and hot

like seriously.

i can get sun tans/burns from this

and then it hit me!

i decided to use the bright sunlight to shine it directly at my face

play around with the shadows a little

and tadaa.

this lens is just incredibly detailed

so sharp!!

i reaally want to snap more pics with my cam.

bought 2 second-hand texts for a total of $120 instead of $260

and it's like SUPER new

i swear it's just like buying it new form the bookstore

worth it.

i took out my 40-150mm lens

and i zoomed into the randwick racecourse where they're setting up the stages for future music festival ;)

this should be the mainstage

it looks massive!!

i think it's larger than last year if i'm not mistaken

3 DAYS COUNTDOWN.
